Q: What methods of payment do you accept?
A: We accept All major credit cards, debit cards and eChecks through Paypal. You are not required to have a paypal account. At this moment we do not accept Checks or Money Orders.
Q: How are your products shipped?
A: Products are shipped by UPS Ground, USPS Priority or FedEx. (Because we offer shipping based on order totals, we reserve the right to choose the shipper) You will be notified when your item has shipped with information on the carrier chosen and will recieve updated tracking info. We ship to the Paypal Confirmed address ONLY!
Q: What are your Shipping rates?

Q: How quickly will I receive my order?
A: Because of the volume of orders we receive and the fact that EVERY order is hand made fresh when ordered, our turnaround time (the time it takes to make your order, package it, box it, and ship it) is approximately 10-14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). This means it generally takes 10-14 business days (not including weekends and holidays) for your order to be shipped (this is the amount of time it takes for your order to be shipped, NOT delivered). We are closed on the weekends and holidays, but you can still submit orders, as they will be processed upon our return. Orders are processed in the order they are received. Depending on your location, it typically takes our carriers 2-5 business days to deliver your package, once shipped. If your form of payment is an eCheck.. please expect an additional 4-6 day wait to have your payment cleared.
NOTE: Because of some recent issues with PayPal payment notifications being delayed, please allow up to 24 hours for your order to be placed on our production list!
Ordering ahead of time - If you need your order before a certain date, for a special occasion, event, or holiday.. please place your order a month ahead of time in order to avoid any last minute delays that may happen.
Q: Can I place orders if I reside outside of the United States?
A: At this moment we do not accept orders outside of the US and Canada.
Midnight Fairy INC has received many requests for shipments to Canada. We have decided to accept Canadian orders. Canadian orders will temporarily be submitted differently than US orders. PLEASE DO NOT submit Canadian orders via our shopping cart. If you do and you send payment for it.. you will receive a refund less a processing fee. If you would like to place a Canadian order, please choose your products in the size, quantity and fragrance (if applicable) then EMAIL your order to midnightfairy at alltel.net (replace word "at" with @) . You do not need to send your payment until we have looked over your order and calculated shipping costs (we will ship Canadian orders via Air Post) then we will email an invoice total to you for your order. You then reply to the invoice total email, letting us know if you wish to proceed with the order and then we will send you a PayPal payment request via email. Once you have paid for your order (via PayPal with your PayPal account or any major credit card) we will then begin to process your order. We will usually ship your order within 10-14 business days.
If you are not from the US - PLEASE DO NOT submit orders via our shopping cart. If you do and you send payment for it.. you will receive a refund less a processing fee. We only accept orders from those in the US and Canada.
Q: Do you offer refunds?
A: All Sales are Final, returns are not accepted. No cash refunds. Please contact us via email if you encounter a defective or damaged product. Such items will be replaced with a like product and shipped free or a store credit will be issued. We cannot replace items or issue a store credit for any product due to dislike of the product or the chosen scent.
Q: Is my personal information safe with you?
A: Midnight Fairy INC will always respect your privacy. Your email address and any personal information will only be used for processing your order and will never be sold or shared with an outside company. All personal information will be held in accordance with the law. We will only request the following information about you: Your Name,Address,Email Address(incase of problem with your order),Credit/Debit Card Details (collected by Pay Pal on their secure server).
